We've added the ability to sync the situation from your Incident Management account to your Incident Reporting account.
Once the synchronization is set up, a new report will be created in Incident Reporting every time a channel is started in Incident Management unless otherwise specified.
Connect your D4H Incident Reporting Team under General Settings. You will then be able to map fields between the products by navigating to
Incident Management >
Admin Area >
D4H Products Integration and turn on
Incident data synchronization.
If you previously pushed reports from Incident Management over to Incident Reporting, you will need to reconnect your accounts in the Admin Area.
